This Refund Policy governs SaaS subscriptions, license agreements, and implementation services provided by Parthnex Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Parthnex") to subscribing educational institutions ("Client").
If a newly onboarded educational institution is dissatisfied with Parthnex ERP services within the first 30 calendar days of account activation, the institution is entitled to a 100% full refund of subscription licensing fees paid, minus any custom hardware integration costs (biometric turnstiles or RFID readers).
For annual subscription plans, Clients may cancel their contract by providing 30 days written notice to billing@parthnex.com. Prorated refunds will be calculated for remaining full unrendered calendar months after the notice period.
Approved refund claims are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are disbursed via original payment channels (NEFT/RTGS bank transfer to the registered school bank account or original credit line).
