Academic Dashboard
Child Profile includes student photo and basic details, class, section, roll number, class teacher and subject teachers, house allocation, transport details, and hostel details if applicable.
Academic Performance includes Current Term Results with subject-wise marks and grades with visual indicators. Historical Performance provides graph showing performance across all exams. Class Average Comparison shows how child performed versus class average. Rank includes class rank and section rank. Attendance Impact shows correlation between attendance and performance. Teacher Remarks displays latest teacher feedback.
Report Cards provide access to all historical report cards. Download PDF report cards. Share report cards via WhatsApp or Email. Print-friendly format is supported.
Attendance Monitoring
Daily Attendance includes today's attendance status as Present, Absent, or Late. Monthly attendance calendar uses color-coding. Attendance percentage covers current month and cumulative. Subject-wise attendance is shown if applicable.
Attendance Alerts include instant notification when child is marked absent. Late arrival notifications and early departure notifications are sent. Low attendance warnings trigger when below 75 percent. Bus boarding and dropping notifications are sent.
Attendance Analytics include monthly attendance trend graph. Comparison with class average attendance is provided. Examination eligibility status is shown. Medical leave history is maintained.
Fee Management
Fee Dashboard includes total amount due for current and overdue periods. Fee head-wise breakdown is shown. Due dates for upcoming fees are displayed. Late fee calculation preview is provided.
Payment includes one-click online payment via UPI, cards, and net banking. Partial payment option is available if enabled by school. Payment history with receipts is maintained. Download all receipts. Set up auto-pay for recurring fees.
Fee Alerts include due date reminders 3 days and 1 day before. Overdue notifications and late fee application alerts are sent. Payment confirmation receipts are delivered.
Communication Hub
Direct Messaging includes one-on-one messaging with class teacher. One-on-one messaging with subject teachers is supported. Message history and search are available. Attachment support includes images and documents. Read receipts are shown.
School Announcements include principal's messages, circulars and notices, event invitations, emergency alerts, and policy updates.
Calendar includes school event calendar, examination schedule, holiday calendar, parent-teacher meeting schedule, and event reminders.
Homework and Assignments
Daily Homework includes subject-wise homework for today. Homework details and instructions are shown. Attachment viewing includes worksheets and PDFs. Submission status is tracked. Due date reminders are sent.
Assignment Tracking includes long-term assignments and projects. Progress tracking is supported. Submission deadline alerts are sent. Teacher feedback on submitted work is shown.
School Transport
Live Tracking includes real-time bus location on map. Estimated arrival time at stop is shown. Route information, driver and attendant details, and vehicle details are provided.
Journey History includes past 30 days journey log. Pickup and drop times are recorded. Route adherence status is shown. Any incidents or delays are logged.
Gallery and Media
School Gallery includes event photos and videos, sports day coverage, annual day recordings, field trip photos, and achievement celebrations.
Child's Media includes individual student photos, award ceremony photos, class group photos, and download and share options.
Leave Application
Online Leave Application allows applying for student leave digitally. Leave type includes medical, personal, and family function. Date range selection and reason description are supported. Attachment upload includes medical certificate.
Leave Status shows application submitted, under review, approved, or rejected. Teacher and principal comments are shown. Leave balance is displayed if applicable.
School Store and Payments
Online Store includes school uniform ordering, books and stationery, school diary and ID card, event tickets, and online payment for all purchases.
Payment History includes all payments in one place. Filter by category like fee, store, transport, and more. Receipt download and annual payment summary are provided.
Settings and Preferences
Notification Preferences include choosing notification channels from SMS, App, Email, and WhatsApp. Select alert types including attendance, fee, homework, and events. Quiet hours configuration is supported. Language selection is available.
Profile Management includes update contact information, change password, biometric login setup, and app theme selection.
